Church Online

We hope you are well, staying safe and connected to people in whatever ways you can. Based on the most recent government recommendations, the elders and trustees of Jubilee have decided that as of now, all our regular gatherings, including Sundays, midweek groups and children and youth meetings, will no longer meet face-to-face. Wherever possible we will facilitate ‘gatherings’ via online platforms and make the most of the incredible technology available to us.

Below is a short video that Alex has made about our response to Covid-19. We are keen to respond in faith to the current pandemic, but also be wise in the decisions we make to protect the vulnerable in our society and doing what we can to support our government in their bid to ‘flatten the curve’.

In the face of the challenges Covid-19 poses, we see huge opportunities to serve our community showing them something of who Jesus is, prepare for Redeemer and expect to see people turn to Jesus in a time of uncertainty. We urge you to reach out to the vulnerable in your area with offers of help and support where possible, to keep in contact with each other and to pray. Pray for one another, for our NHS frontline workers, for your family and friends, for the vulnerable in society, for our government, for scientists working non-stop to predict and plan for the future, for our town, our nation and the globe. We consistently say that church is not a building, but the people, and now we get to make that even more of a reality.
