Three Colour Worthing

Covid-19, Worthing Foodbank Update.

With this unprecedented crisis we are facing in the UK, we will be changing our operating methods in order to ensure we can still provide support for those in crisis in Worthing & the Surrounding area.

Our current distribution centre at the Worthing Tabernacle is now closed to walk in clients.

We are now offering a limited delivery service to the most vulnerable members of our community on a daily basis.

In conjunction with local government and others, we hope to expand what we can do over the coming weeks.

If you wish to donate items, please contact us via email. The items we require are listed below:

·  Fruit Juice (Long Life)

·  Tinned Meat

·  Tinned Tomatoes

·  Milk (Long Life)

·  Tinned Soups

·  Tinned Vegetables

·  Tinned Fruit

·  Tinned Rice Pud

·  Tinned Fish

·  Cereal (sml & Med)

·  Pasta Sauce

·  Biscuits

·  Rice (500g & 1 Kgs)

·  Pasta (500g & 1 Kgs)

·  Baked Beans

·  Tea Bags (40’s & 80’s)

·  Instant Mash

At present we do not require people to volunteer to help us at the Distribution Centre, even though we have lost volunteers, it is not possible just to take on people as working there requires a process of training and safeguarding to be followed and we do not have the capacity to do this at present.

We are still running our Body Basics drop off locations at present, and if you feel you would like to help in some way, then these are located around the town and are a great help in our work. Please look for the locations and opening times on here or our website, and again there is a list of items you can donate on here or the website.

Thank you everyone for your continued support of Worthing Foodbank, and please look out for further updates on here or our website.
